A rough week for DNC's "greening" director

It's turning out to be a very bad week for Andrea Robinson, the "Director of Sustainability & Greening" for the Democratic National Convention.

First came questions about Robinson's qualifications for the job when nationally-recognized blogger Erick Erickson, editor of RedState.com, questioned what the DNC says is her "more than 25 years in the environmental field." That's truly impressive, especially if Robinson is "thirtysomething" as the Rocky Mountain News reported in a profile of the liberal enviro-hottie.

But then again, what does it really matter? The education establishment is busy indoctrinating children at younger and younger ages about environmental guilt. Maybe Robinson got an early start. Which brings us to her trip to Wray, as seen in the video at right.

In it, she touts the Wray schools wind power project, funded in part by carbon-credits sold to DNC delegates. The turbine, visibly still in the background of the video, has yet to produce a steady energy stream due to significant equipment malfunctions.

But that doesn't stop Robinson from getting students in on the act. "So what's it like living in Wray and having this much wind power?" she asks. "What does it feel like to you guys to know that you're generating clean power here in your own community?"

Andrea, don't confuse the poor kids. Or is now a good time to break the sad truth about Santa Claus, too, while we're at it?

And did you see the picture of her in the RMN?

She looks like death-by-skinny. I mean it appears as if she has an illness, perhaps a serious eating disorder. NO ONE is that skinny naturally.

So as usual, the democrats....

.....are just lying through their teeth about this issue. Big surprise.............not.

(And if she's "thirty-something," I'm the Emperor of the Greater Persian Empire).
