Boulder-based OPX Biotechnologies Inc. this week was granted an exclusive license by the University of Colorado for a microbial technology.
OPX, which was spun off from the university last year, plans to use the technology to produce biorefining fuels and related biorefining applications. The technology was created by a CU research team lead by Professor Ryan Gill.
The license was granted by the university’s Technology Transfer Office.
