Face The State was on hand for Monday's west suburban meeting of Liberty on the Rocks, a growing group of activists who meet twice a month to talk all things libertarian. Joining the usual cadre of local rabble rousers were quite a few elected officials, and plenty more who fancy themselves joining their ranks.

Maybe it's the booze that draws 'em in. Denver's Liberty on the Rocks just can't stop growing.

What better way to spend a Wednesday night than discussing personal freedom over a cocktail (or three!) with a grassroots group of young local activists?

Liberty on the Rocks, a Denver-based pro-liberty coalition of twenty-somethings, has released a humorous video demonstrating how the government plans to use your nest egg for wasteful spending. The two-minute video shows "the average American's nest egg", quite literally symbolized by an egg, and then "your nest egg on the government bailout plan," a slightly more scrambled version of your savings.
